Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of Mmus\Kcna3 carrying a V431M amino acid substitution. This change is equivalent to a V478M change in the orthologous human KCNA3 gene, a variant identified in a patient with early-onset epilepsy. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with 3xTag:HA.
