10xUAS sequences regulate expression of a transcript comprised of the wg 5'UTR and signal sequence, three copies of the Tag:HA tag and the Mmus\Robo2 coding sequence (amino acids 31-1508, lacking the signal sequence). 2192bp of robo1 downstream flanking sequence is also present.
