Description

An FRT transcriptional stop cassette separates an Hsp70Bb promoter from a coding sequence composed of DogCatcher that is tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:SS(secrecon) signal peptide and at the C-terminal end (via a flexible 3xGGGGS linker) with 6 copies of moxGFP.
