Description

UASz sequences regulate expression of the mono-ADP-ribosyl-transferase domain (amino acids 375-591) of Sent\spvB. The encoded protein ADP-ribosylates actin monomers at a conserved arginine residue, inhibiting their capacity to polymerize, and resulting in net disassembly of dynamic actin filaments.
