Description

lexAop sequences regulate expression of an RNAi line that was designed to target exon 8 of Fas2, which encodes the GPI anchor of the Fas2-C isoform. As well as knocking down expression of Fas2-C, the transgene was found to also knock down expression of the Fas2-A-PEST+ and Fas2-A-PEST- isoforms. The amplicon sequence of the RNAi line was GCTAATAACAATCTCGGCACGTTGCTCTATTCGGCCGGATTTAATTCCGGTGTCGGTGCGCTACACAAACGACTGTTCACAACAACAACAACAACAACAGCCACATCAACAACAACAATCACATCGATAACAACAGCAACAACAACAATCATTACGCTGGCCAC.
