FlyBase Recombinant Construct Report: P{UAS-HA-HRP.endo}

UASt sequences regulate expression of HRP that is tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:SS(wg) signal peptide and Tag:HA and is fused at the C-terminal end to the human CD2 transmembrane protein, which has been mutated to have a dileucine-based endocytic motif to its cytoplasmic tail. The encoded protein is targeted to the endosome lumen.
