General Information
Term mitotic sister chromatid biorientation ID (Ontology) GO:1990758 (Gene Ontology)
Definition The mitotic cell cycle process in which sister chromatids establish stable, end-on attachments to the plus ends of microtubules emanating from opposite spindle poles, oriented such that separation can proceed. This is the final step in metaphase plate congression.[ PubMed:15309047 PubMed:26258632 PubMed:26705896 ]
