This strategy uses a luciferase enzyme fused to proteins of interest, which are then coexpressed with individual epitope-tagged partners in mammalian cells. Their interactions are determined by performing an enzymatic assay on anti-tag immunoprecipitates.[ PubMed:15761153 ] |
