Nervous system is structurally normal as judged by 22C10 antibody staining, when driven by Scer\GAL4^how-24B, Scer\GAL4^69B or Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷. When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4^how-24B, muscle formation and patterning is abnormal. Most severe defects are seen in the ventral and lateral muscles. Visceral muscles all appear normal. When expressed from Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷, the embryos only move some of the muscles in the anterior head region.
