Flies carrying armS44Y.GMR have a rough eye phenotype.
Flies carrying armS44Y.GMR have eyes which are rough and are smaller than normal.
Homozygous armS44Y.GMR flies have very narrow, rough and glazed eyes. In the eye disc, photoreceptor cell and cone cell recruitment are completely normal, however the retina becomes disorganised losing cone pigment and photoreceptor cells. At later stages the tissue becomes completely disrupted, massive cell death is seen throughout the developing retina.
armS44Y.GMR has visible phenotype, enhanceable by mam2/mam[+]

armS44Y.GMR has visible phenotype, suppressible | partially by E2f1UAS.cNa/DpUAS.cDa/Scer\GAL4GMR.PU

armS44Y.GMR has eye phenotype, enhanceable by mamsAX8/mam[+]
armS44Y.GMR has eye phenotype, suppressible | partially by E2f1UAS.cNa/DpUAS.cDa/Scer\GAL4GMR.PU
Simultaneous expression of E2fScer\UAS.cNa and DpScer\UAS.cDa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU partially suppresses the rough eye phenotype caused by armS44Y.GMR.
The mutant eye phenotype of armS44Y.GMR flies is enhanced by mam2/+ or mamsAX8/+.
Df(1)N-54l9/+ and N55e11/+ each have little if any effect on the mutant eye phenotype of armS44Y.GMR flies.
