Statement Reference Expression of t[Scer\UAS.cTa] under the control of Scer\GAL4[pnr-MD237] causes increased brown pigmentation in the abdominal cuticle. Expression of tScer\UAS.cTa under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 causes the presence of a dark stripe of ectopic melanin along the dorsal midline, particularly on the notum. | |||
