Expressing Sf3a2^HMC03799 under the control of Scer\GAL4^Mef2.PU leads to complete loss of pharate indirect flight muscle fibers with severely disrupted myofibrillar structure including splitting, too short sarcomeres, fraying and Zebra bodies.
