Expression of Hsap\SOD1G41S.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Toll-6-D42 moderately increases adult lifespan and simultaneous expression of both Hsap\SOD1Scer\UAS.cPa and Hsap\SOD1G41S.Scer\UAS also significantly increases adult lifespan compared to controls.
