The endogenous Jarid2 open reading frame has been replaced by a loxP cassette which contains both Disc\RFP3xP3.PC and the kanamycin resistance gene.
The Jarid2 ORF was replaced with a knock-in cassette containing a Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP) transgene. Replaced region determined from reported primer sequences. The region mapped from primers includes only the large exon rather than the entire CDS, as shown in the diagram in Supplemental Figure 1.
Jarid2KO mutants are homozygous lethal.
