One inversion breakpoint is within the P{RB18} insertion at 18D. The inversion moves part of the P{RB18} vector including the intact 2.0kb BamHI-EcoRI fragment carrying the tra gene into the 10F region.
If no genes are listed here, it may be because the affected region is very large.
The JBrowse insert above may show an error for the same reason,
and other FlyBase tools such as CytoSearch may also fail for large regions.
You can contact FlyBase for more help.
In these cases, there will be no "Export to Hitlist" button to the left.

The 2.0kb BamHI-EcoRI fragment carrying the traRB allele from P{RB18} is present within the inverted sequences. The inversion chromosome is sufficient to completely suppress the tra mutant phenotype.
