In progenitor P{bw+L.E2E1}V21-E2E1(multi) is present in T(2;3)V21. The resulting aberration is almost cytologically normal, but with a visible block of 2R heterochromatin at 92B5-10. P{bw+L.E2E1}V21-E2E1(multi) is restored to the almost normal 3rd chromosome. A P-element transposase induced derivative with weak variegation had undergone a deletion fusing the transgene array to heterochromatin.
If no genes are listed here, it may be because the affected region is very large.
The JBrowse insert above may show an error for the same reason,
and other FlyBase tools such as CytoSearch may also fail for large regions.
