[62B1-62B1];[62B4-62B4];
A set of ~800 largely isogenic deficiency stocks created by FLP-induced recombination between FRT-carrying transgenic insertions; molecularly defined deletion endpoints correspond to initial location of the progenitor insertions. Designed to fill gaps in deletion coverage and breakpoint placement; also used to replace older available deficiencies that have not been molecularly mapped.
62B1;62B4
Breakpoint from FlyBase's release 5 sequence location of progenitor insertion.
Lethal in combination with Df(3L)Exel6088 and Df(3L)Aprt-1. Inferred to overlap with: Df(3L)Exel6088. Inferred to overlap with: Df(3L)Aprt-1.
Flies heterozygous for the deletion do not show a Minute bristle phenotype.
Presence of P+PBac{XP5.RB3}BSC122 was verified using the PCR methods and primers described in FBrf0175003 with the substitution of the primer 5'-CCAATGCGTTTATTTCAGGTCACG-3' for the RB3' plus or RB3' minus primer in the Hybrid PCR protocol in the Supplementary Methods.
The cytological breakpoints of Df(3L)BSC122 predicted from the Release 3 genomic coordinates of PBac{RB}CG8001e01500 and P{XP}d06594 are 62B1;62B4.
