[22D5-22D5];[22E1-22E1];
A set of ~800 largely isogenic deficiency stocks created by FLP-induced recombination between FRT-carrying transgenic insertions; molecularly defined deletion endpoints correspond to initial location of the progenitor insertions. Designed to fill gaps in deletion coverage and breakpoint placement; also used to replace older available deficiencies that have not been molecularly mapped.
22D5;22E1
Breakpoint from FlyBase's release 5 sequence location of progenitor insertion.
Inferred to overlap with: Df(2L)Exel6007.
The presence of P+PBac{XP5.RB3}BSC455 was verified using the PCR methods and primers described in FBrf0175003.
The cytological breakpoints of Df(2L)BSC455 predicted from the Release 5 genomic coordinates of the progenitor P{XP}d08398 and PBac{RB}CG3609e02299 insertion sites are 22D5;22E1.
