[61F3-61F3];[61F5-61F5];
A set of ~800 largely isogenic deficiency stocks created by FLP-induced recombination between FRT-carrying transgenic insertions; molecularly defined deletion endpoints correspond to initial location of the progenitor insertions. Designed to fill gaps in deletion coverage and breakpoint placement; also used to replace older available deficiencies that have not been molecularly mapped.
61F3;61F5
Breakpoint from FlyBase's release 5 sequence location of progenitor insertion.
The presence of P+PBac{XP5.RB3}BSC431 was verified using the PCR methods and primers described in FBrf0175003, with the substitution of the primer 5'-CCAATGCGTTTATTTCAGGTCACG-3' for the RB3' plus or RB3' minus primer in the Hybrid PCR protocol in the Supplementary Methods.
The cytological breakpoints of Df(3L)BSC431 predicted from the Release 5 genomic coordinates of the progenitor P{XP}d01620 and PBac{RB}Rac1e03245 insertion sites are 61F3;61F5.
