Heterozygous Df(1)f08054-d09974 mutant females exhibit a dilated cardiomyopathy phenotype, including an enlarged end-systolic dimension (ESD) and a decreased fractional shortening (FS) compared to controls. End diastolic dimension (EDD) is comparable to controls. Homozygous Df(1)f08054-d09974 is lethal.
