Comments

Activation of the P{EP} element in Hsp27EP3583 has resulted in a 9,613bp deletion removing 5 genes (Hsp23, Hsp67Ba, Hsp26, CG4461 and Hsp22). The deletion begins 779bp distal to the 5' end of the transposon. The P{EP} starting element has been retained. The deletion contains an extra nucleotide, ATG, at the junctions of the deletion breakpoints.

Reported as 3L:9 ,366,674 in R5 coordinates.

Reported as 3L:9 ,376,306 in R5 coordinates.
