The deletion begins immediately at the 3′ terminus (nt 2907) of P{EP}Ptp61FGE29807 and removes approximately 14,680 n.t. on chromosome 3L, to nucleotide 1334923 in the 5′ UTR of l(3)02640. Thus, this allele completely deletes the coding regions of Ptp61F, CG2199, and l(3)02640.
