    Embryos hemizygous for Ts(1Lt;YSt)B24+Ts(1Rt;YSt)B54 exhibit subtle defects in the ventral nerve cord, including a general irregularity in the usually orthogonal organization of axon tracts, with occasionally thin commissures and rare breaks in longitudinal connectives.
