FLP-mediated recombination between the FRT sites in the two progenitor insertions (P{XP}d09037 and PBac{WH}f06886) has resulted in deletion of the intervening genomic sequence, deleting the CG8740 annotation (blo) and two genes within its introns (CG42615 and lncRNA:CR44277).
