Deletion of an approximately 860bp region containing 'CRMc', a putative cis-regulatory module located in the intergenic region between Doc1 and Doc2. A single FRT site is present at the site of the deletion. The deletion does not lead to detectable changes in Doc1 or Doc2 expression or their co-activation frequency, but results in large changes in the organization of the Doc-TAD (topologically associating domain).
