      Homozygotes are flightless, and have an abnormal wing posture.

      Flies are flightless and hold their wings in an abnormal position, and sometimes show variable jump ability. DLM and DVMs are scant. Myofibrils are disorganized, with variable fiber diameter, and Z bands are crooked.
