The "Trp to STOP mutation at 105bp in exon 2 of CG31765" referred to in this Personal Communication appears to correspond to base 106 or 107 of exon 3 in the transcript (CG42282/nimA-RC; r5.23) and amino acid 180 of the polypeptide (CG42282/nimA-PC) annotated in genome release 5.23.
