      visible: short, thin bristles and incomplete posterior crossvein; l(3)rJ472 escapers visible: extra veins coming off posterior crossvein into 2D posterior cell, also veins in 3D posterior cell parallel to L5 near wing margin, eyes are rough, bristles are very short and thin, sterile; l(3)rJ812 escapers visible: thin, short bristles- sterile; Df(3L)st-j7 escapers visible: rough eyes and thin, short bristles; which are shorter than Sb- Ki-.

      This allele was listed in the BDGP database as a lethal or sterile line during the period 1994-1999, but was discarded from the gene disruption project prior to the summary publication (FBrf0111489). Reasons for excluding lines from the collection described in FBrf0111489 include presence of more than one P insertion on the mutant chromosome, separation of lethality (or sterility) from the location of the insertion, and loss of lethality (or sterility) from the stock.
