Rank: RK1 Body colour: homozygotes have a straw yellow body and bristles. Heterozygotes have wild-type body and bristle colour. Homozygotes have thin textured wings, which are buckled and curled, in heterozygotes the wings are more or less buckled or curled. stwD/Df(2R)M41A flies show an exaggerated stw mutant phenotype.
