1.15kb insertion of defective (KP) P element in 5' region of Gpdh gene, at nucleotide position 1305, inserted in the same orientation as the Gpdh gene, as for GpdhAT198. This KP element is identical in sequence to the two KP elements isolated by Black et al.,(1987, EMBO J 6:4125--4135 ).
