Short legs with four jointed tarsi.

Mainly affects leg development; all legs affected with reduced coxa, femur, tibia, and tarsal segments; body size smaller than wild type; wing size is reduced and wings are held slightly open. Flying ability is reduced and flies walk with a characteristic gait.
