      Levels of nondisjunction are higher in females than males.

      Defects in sister chromatid cohesion. 10-15% total nondisjunction, female predominant nondisjunction. Hemizygotes exhibited a moderate increase in total nondisjunction. Nondisjunction of chromosomes 2 and 3 in males and females.
