      Transmission rate of Dp(1;f)J21A through females to progeny is 28%, mei-S332 mutation has no effect on transmission. Mutation has no effect on Dp(1;f)J21A transmission in males.

      Levels of nondisjunction are higher in males than females.

      Defects in sister chromatid cohesion. 10-15% total nondisjunction, male predominant nondisjunction. Hemizygotes exhibited a moderate increase in total nondisjunction. High frequency of premature separation of sister chromatids in prophase II. Nondisjunction of chromosomes 2 and 3 in males.
