1712bp deletion, one breakpoint is 59bp downstream of the splice acceptor site of the male-specific exon (map position 3669) and the second is 928bp downstream of a polyadenylation signal for the male transcript (map position 5383), including most or all of the male-specific 3'-UTR and about 1kb of flanking DNA.

Deletion of most of the male specific 3' untranslated region, from between the fourth male intron and the last male untranslated exon to 1kb downstream of the 3' end of the male transcript.
