Comment:

Position of restriction fragment on reference sequence inferred by FlyBase curator based on author statement. Position of downstream rescue fragment breakpoint is approximate due to use of Sau3A partial digest phage lambda library. Rescue fragment reported to be 12kb.

Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

The viability of males carrying two copies of sisA+t12 is further reduced if they are also carrying ost10. This interaction is dose sensitive; two copies of ost10 reduce viability more than one copy. Addition of two copies of sisA+t12 and two copies of ost10 has no effect on the viability of Sxlf1/Y males.
