Description

Insertion of a P-element, together with a deletion of approximately 4kb. This removes approximately 1kb of the 5' end of asp and the entire tld coding region.

P{Ubx-lacZ.Q} inserts within the asp transcription unit and is associated with a 3.5kb deletion 3' to the insertion site that removes tld.
