      Enhancer trap expression is strong in the sacculus. Expression is sexually dimorphic with significantly greater levels in males than females. In larvae, expression occurs in neurons that innervate the antennal ganglion and in cells within the maxillary ganglion. Some staining of the CNS is also seen.
