      Enhancer trap expression is firstdetected at embryonic stage 10 in weak epidermal stripes. It is also foundin the CNS starting in stage 15 in a restricted set of neurons. Beginningin stage 14, EcollacZ is expressed in a single ventral thoracic muscle fiberin the metathoracic segment. Expression occurs also in embryonic gonadsand anterior sense organs.
