Description

Two tandem copies of the 260bp twi proximal element (PE) (located between -440 and -180 relative to the twi promoter) drive expression of lacZ; generated by fusing a copy of the 260bp PE upstream of twi promoter sequences from -440 to +160bp fused in frame to the lacZ coding region.
