      Reference

      A significant percentage of embryos exhibit nervous system defects. Stage 15 embryos exhibit discontinuities in the longitudinal connectives and abnormalities in the horizontal commissures. The aCC and pCC axons stall and could be the basis of the CNS phenotype. Embryonic sensory structures reveal defects in their location and projections in the sensory nerves. Gustatory behaviour: reduced sensitivity to sucrose.
