Description

Insertion of pUC mini-white transposon 107bp upstream of the origin of transcription. Also Leu-171 is replaced by Ser, and there is a deletion of 21bp that removes part of the glutamine-rich region (from Gln-175 to Gln-181). This deletion may be an example of variation associated with regions of repeated trinucleotides.
