      In wandering third instar, low level of expression in larval brain and imaginal discs; higher level in gonad. (Not specified which imaginal discs.)

      Enhancer trap expression occurs in thedorso-medial portion of the third antennal segment in a pattern similar tothat of the sensilla basiconica. One or a few cells in the second antennalsegment are stained that may be part of Johnston's organ. Staining is alsoobserved on the anterior margin of the wing, in the CNS, and inreproductive tissue.
