Description

Construct: Contains the Tn\neoR gene downstream of an Hsp70 promoter in tandem with a Hsim\TK promoter. A polyadenylation signal is inserted between the promoter and the Tn\neoR coding region, preventing transcription of the Tn\neoR coding region. The polyadenylation signal is bracketed by a splice donor and splice acceptor site.
