Description

Construct: Included within an 11kb XhoI-EcoRI fragment (compare to nonA+tXhR11). Amino acid 13 (a Y) in the RNP2 of RRM1 is replaced by an A. In addition amino acids 52, 54 and 56 (K, F and F) in the RNP1 of RRM 1 are replaced by Q, A and A, respectively.
