Description

Construct: The -52 to +47 interval of a 1.9kb XhoI-EcoRI oaf promoter fragment is substituted with the -50 to +65 region of an Hsp70 promoter (lacking the heat shock response element). Three base pair changes have been generated to create restriction sites needed for the replacement.
