1.0kb HindIII-EcoRV enhancer (sli) fused to a noninducible Hsp70 promoter driving expression of NetB cDNA followed by the 3' untranslated region of αTub84B. The open reading frame is tagged at the C-terminal end with the Tag:MYC epitope, however, the epitope tag could not be detected using MAb9E10, perhaps because the C-terminus is cleaved or inaccessible for the antibody.
Commissural phenotype of Df(1)NP5 embryos is rescued by expression of P{slit-NetB}, but expression provides only weak rescue of Df(1)KA9 commissural phenotype.
