Description

EcoRI-PvuII fragment (-939 to +467, coordinates from FBrf0047664) of the ro genomic clone is ligated to PvuII-BglII fragment (+467 to +3544) from the ro cDNA which in turn is ligated to 3' genomic region of ro (+3544 to +4946). Results in deletion of the first intron.
