Description

EcoRI-BamHI fragment (-939 to +89, coordinates from FBrf0047664) from a modified ro genomic clone (BamHI site created after amino acid 313) is ligated to a fragment containing the lacZ coding region and the SV40 polyadenylation site creating an in-frame fusion after amino acid 313 between ro and lacZ.
