      Klp61FUbi-p63E.T:Hsap\MYC partially rescues the pupal lethality of Klp61F07012 homozygotes and rescues the aneuploidy seen in Klp61F07012 larval neuroblasts.

      Klp61FUbi-p63E.T:Hsap\MYC rescues both anastral and monopolar spindles in embryos derived from heterozygous Klp61F07012 females.

      Flies carrying one copy of Klp61FUbi-p63E.T:Hsap\MYC in a Klp61F mutant background develop as headless adults. Flies carrying two copies of Klp61FUbi-p63E.T:Hsap\MYC in a Klp61F mutant background show normal head development with a low frequency of incomplete eye development, and are fertile.
