Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

More than 75% of mutant embryos die by the end of embryogenesis. Approximately 50% show a complete T2 deletion in dorsal and ventral regions, the phenotype is more severe on the ventral side, with over 90% completely lacking the T2 ventral denticle band.

kni2FKE.eve has lethal phenotype, suppressible by hbeve.st2ΔKr

kni2FKE.eve has lethal phenotype, suppressible by hbeve.st2

Additional Comments
Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

When hbeve.st2 is added to kni2FKE.eve animals double the number of survivors are seen. The addition of hbeve.st2ΔKr fully rescues the lethality phenotype.
